Memna Terms of Use

1. What Memna is

Memna is an assistant in LINE groups, provided by Phongsathorn Thongdee. It records tasks given in a group, lets the person asked take a task, ask for more time or mark it done, reminds people by 1:1 chat before a due time, and shows each person's tasks in a web app that opens inside LINE. Using Memna means accepting these terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Trial period

Memna is currently offered as a free trial. Features may change, be added or stop. If charges are introduced, you will be told in advance and asked to agree first.

3. What users agree to

• Use Memna only for lawful work, and not to disturb or harass anyone.
• Not to put sensitive data in task titles, such as ID card numbers, bank account numbers, passwords or health information.
• Whoever taps "เปิดใช้" (switch on) in a group confirms that the group knows Memna will read messages that tag Memna.
• Group admins mark customers as "customer" correctly, so that customers do not see the team's data.
• Not to try to reach another group's data, send unusually frequent requests, or probe the system for weaknesses.

4. Reminders and limits

• Memna reminds people by 1:1 chat before a due time, only those who have added Memna as a friend and not blocked it.
• LINE limits the number of messages a month. When the quota is used up, the reminder appears in the group in Memna's next reply instead.
• Memna tries to remind on time but does not guarantee that every reminder arrives, or arrives on time, for example when LINE or a service provider has an outage.
• The time Memna reads from a message may be wrong, so cards always show the full date and time; requesters should check and can correct it.

5. Liability

Memna is a tool that helps record work; responsibility for the work stays with the requester and the person who takes it. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for loss caused by a reminder that did not arrive or arrived late, or by data a user entered incorrectly.

6. Stopping

• A group can stop at any time by removing Memna from the group; its data is then handled as the Privacy Policy describes.
• You can stop 1:1 reminders by blocking Memna.
• The operator may stop the service for a group that breaks these terms.

7. Changes

If anything important changes, Memna will say so in the groups that use it in its next reply there, and the date at the top of this page will change.
